    You opted for an in store pick-up? You will then be notified as soon as your order is prepared.

    All you need to do is come by the shop with your order number to collect your purchase.



    We ship using Bpost Worldwide & DHL.

    Bpost Worldwide: transparent tracking info - insured shipments - free delivery within Belgium and The Netherlands & Luxemburg (orders above respectively €100 (BE) & €150)

    For certain products/releases/raffles, we do not offer free shipping.


    After you completed your order, you will then receive an e-mail with all the information, as well as the code to follow up your parcel. If the delivery was not possible due to an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us. For a re-delivery, we kindly ask a compensation.
